YATO
YATO ("You Are The One") is a mobile dating and social discovery app built to help people form real, meaningful connections. Instead of endless swiping, YATO gives you two complementary ways to meet people: Search, where you browse profiles with powerful filters like age, distance, lifestyle, and values; and Crystal Ball, which hand-picks a small set of highly compatible matches for you to review. Every person appears on only one of these surfaces at a time, so discovery stays fresh and never repetitive, and you only see people who match who you're looking for.
At its core, YATO is about quality over quantity. You get a limited number of likes each day to encourage thoughtful choices, and when two people like each other it's an instant match. You can also break the ice by sending a Compliment from someone's profile — a short, genuine note the other person can accept or deny to start the conversation. Once matched, chat comes alive with real-time messaging, GIFs, and emoji reactions, plus handy touches like optional timestamps and built-in safety reminders.
Your profile is yours to shape, with photos, a banner, videos, a headline, bio, height, and other details that help you stand out and match more easily. YATO is 18+ only and takes safety and privacy seriously, with community guidelines, block-and-report tools, granular location controls, and secure sign-in (including biometrics). Powered by a secure cloud backend, your matches and conversations stay in sync across sessions — so you can focus on finding the one.
