Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how CG25 Ventures ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Weekend Duty mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect
To provide team scheduling and collaboration features, the App collects and stores the following information:

Account information: your name, username, and email address used to create and sign in to your account.
Profile information: job title, assigned role (Member, Lead, Manager), team memberships, and an optional profile photo.
Team content you create: duty entries, reminders, personal and team notes, and role requests.
Messages and shared media: team chat messages, direct messages, and any photos or videos you upload.
Approximate location: used only to display local weather forecasts. Location is processed to retrieve weather and is not used to track you.
Device notification token: a push token used to deliver notifications to your device.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve the App's features, including: authenticating your account, managing team membership and roles, scheduling and displaying duty entries and reminders, delivering chat and direct messages, storing shared media, sending push notifications, and showing local weather. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage and Cloud Services
The App uses Google Firebase to provide its core functionality. Your data is stored securely using the following services:

Firebase Authentication for account sign-in and identity.
Cloud Firestore for storing profiles, teams, duty schedules, notes, reminders, and messages.
Firebase Cloud Storage for uploaded photos and videos.
Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
Data stored in these services is transmitted over encrypted connections. Some settings and preferences are also cached locally on your device.

Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, and Cloud Messaging). See Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
A weather data provider, used to display local forecasts based on approximate location.
The App does not integrate advertising networks or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Content you create within a team (such as duty entries, notes, messages, and shared media) is visible to other members of that team as part of the App's intended functionality. Aside from the service providers described in Section 5 who process data on our behalf, we do not share your information with third parties.

Children's Privacy
Weekend Duty is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security
We use industry-standard measures provided by Google Firebase, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and your device secure.

Your Rights
You may access and update your profile information within the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
